Noosa Sun Motel - Noosaville

We stayed in a 2 bedroom motel unit. The rooms were large and had everything we needed. The Manager was very friendly and helpful at all times. There was a lovely park and walking track across the road and shops and restaurants were not too far away. There was free Wi fi which was a great help to us as we were also working while we were away. We did have a river view, shame about the main road in front of the motel.

The unit was not serviced which I had never encountered before. It was also noisy as we were the closest to the road.The motel was tired and could do with a make over.

We stayed at the Noosa Sun Motel for two nights with our two young grandsons ages 4 and 6. Ideal accommodation, the boys had a great time, loved the heated swimming pool in July, and the spacious rooms. The two very large comfortable living room couches were a bonus. Would highly recommend this Motel for families, a very well run establishment.

The weather,location and proximity to shops and restaurants.

Visiting the nearby beachfront which has great facilities for anyone to use. An easy walking path for strolling, for kids to ride on, for locals to walk dogs, plenty of seating, barbecues and a perfect view of Noosa River and the boating activity occurring there. There are fine restaurants within easy walking distance and quite pleasant strolls around the inner roads

In general the facilities were sufficient, a good bed and shower which are so necessary. The unit is looking a bit tired and needs refreshing. Worse still was an odour coming up from the drains. This reduced after running water through from the shower etc. It did not spoil our visit but is something that requires attention.

Great staff and comfortable, well presented accommodation.

Very clean room. Helpful and happy staff. I'll be back to stay again, hopefully soon.

Close proximity to the river side park and value for money

The motel was extremely clean and tidy and very comfortable, the bed was excellent, I had a great sleep and the location was lovely and incrediably quiet, and management was very friendly and welcoming in a very warm natural manner and suggested restaurants and shopping and points of interest in the area. I would most certainly stay at the Noosa Sun again if in the area

Location is good, close to all the cafes and shops and across from the Noosa River and parklands. Bus stop outside the door to take you to Noosa Civic centre shopping or Hastings St. Noosa. Beds were comfortable.

Location is on the main road therefore can be noisy with trucks and buses. Some details need to be addressed, new toaster and cutlery would be nice and would update the facilities a bit. With the rate charged some bathroom items such as shampoo, conditioner would be appreciated as in hotels at the same price. Little bit more attention to detail in this very competitive market.

Lovely aspect overlooking canal. Bright, clean and well presented. Friendly proprietors. Undercover parking.

Located on main road so there was a fair bit of noise from passing traffic. However, still a great place to stay

It was very close to the Noosaville restaurants, shops and across the road from the water.

Loved the place. Clean, nice gardens, great pool area. The room was great and offered heeps more than your average motel room, with a small kitchen and a balony with a nice view. The bed was super comfortable and a king size. Free internet was also a bonus. Staff were very helpfull, the information pack they gave me on check-in was fantastic. I also found it to be very good value for money.
